Myofascial Release is a hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue to eliminate pain, restore motion and bring the body into a state of ease and alignment.

 

As restrictions and tensions are released the client will notice that the area is not as sensitive or painful and has increased ease of movement.
